A Brief History Of Baracuta Time. Since 1937, Baracuta has been the jacket supplier for countless icons, actors, cultures and musicians to express their unique styles. Elvis Presley, Steve McQueen, Frank Sinatra, Arnold Palmer and later Jamie T, Damon Albarn & even James Bond have all adorned the iconic 'Harrington'. The tailored fit providing smart styling, and the 'umbrella' back vent supplying increased manoeuvrability. Practicality and looking great working in perfect harmony. As with any truly special garment,...

This season we are proud to introduce a few newcomers to our brand list. One of these newcomers is Winter Session. These guys come from Denver and make some of the best quality bags and leather goods we've seen. The motto of the brand is that they "make things for people who care about how things are made" a pretty good motto as far as we are concerned. Oliver Spencer AW16 - Music To Our Ears

Posted by 2

The Inspiration: Inspiration can be found in the most unlikely places. The Oliver Spencer AW16 collection found it in the form of Ginger Baker. Ginger Baker was the drummer and one of  the founding members the band Cream. Having been known primarily for his role in music, Ginger Baker was a man of great sartorial pedigree. Baker often led the way for British counter-culture fashion. While America had Easy Rider & Woodstock we had the likes of Baker. The Oliver Spencer AW16 collection is inspired in particular by Baker's trip to Africa. Ginger Baker's trip led him to work with the...

Le Swine | Shoreditch Guide

When we first heard of Le Swine and their self-professed "best bacon butty in town" we feared the boldness of their statement. Would this be another claim too large for any one street food van? A good amount of bacon sandwiches later and you've probably worked out our thoughts on the whole situation. It turns out the bacon butty is in good hands. James, the man behind Londons best bacon butty knows a thing or two about food. He worked under Bruno Loubet (chef extraordinaire) in Clerkenwell for five years. It's fair to say he has earnt his stripes. Though...
