Combining both of there undeniable love for classic british heritage style they have come out with a collection that boasts a beautiful combination with the past and the present. Elka AW13 is a must this winter, but first let us give you some background to these wonderful individual jackets. Being Denmark’s foremost makers of rainwear is a hard reputation to live up to. Founded in 1958 in the Danish city of Ejnar Lauridsen, the name ELKA is derived from the founders initials EL, and the city name Karup. The brand initially supplied the market with underwear and waterproof outerwear but these days theres no disputing their expertise when it comes to rainwear. They seem to have quiet an insurgence among the streetwear scene and who can blame them. Design...

You can never have too many pairs of socks, and now - you can never have too many Ayame Socks! Here at Number Six, London we are big fans of the Japanese brand and the latest Ayame  Socks AW13 Collection. This Japanese high quality socks label was founded in 2007 in Tokyo by Aya Agaoka. Wanting to carve a niche, Aya began working with experimental Japanese craftsmen. The patterns are first created in two dimension and this is where things get interesting. We’ve had some fantastic new additions to Number Six, London lately and today we are introducing Tom and Hawk. A relatively new brand Tom and Hawk was founded by sisters Annette and Susanne Wirz in August 2011 in Aalen, Germany.
