St Patrick's Day, this year falling on Saturday, March 17th, is a celebration in which majority of us will get involved. Initially starting as a religious feast we now know St Patrick's day as a worldwide Irish celebration, again of which many of us take part, whether it's a parade, a pint or cheerfully wearing green.
March 17th marks the date of the death of St Patrick himself, (yes really), who, somewhere around the 5th Century travelled to Ireland to sway the Irish citizens and the rest is history. Stories say he banished all the snakes out of Ireland… Whether that may be true or not, this coming Saturday we celebrate, with a pint of Guinness and a cheers to St Patrick.
We're doing out part byappreciating all things green. We’ve curated a top-notch selection of our ultimate green picks.
