Libertine Libertine, Velour, Mark McNairy & Veras

Afternoon everyone! On a beautiful day and as the 12th week of the year draws to a close we are in exceptionally high spirits, so much so that we are offering FREE SHIPPING WORLD WIDE. Yes, thats right, the sun isn't in your eyes, we are shipping everything, world wide, for free! So set the scene, we are standing open armed ready for the summer (and of course to receive this weeks delivery). The delivery guy walks into the shop with a nice load of boxes and we're licking our lips at the prospect of whats inside. So you can imagine how happy we were to open up boxes containing a whole load of new summer gear from some of yours and our favourite brands.

You wouldn't believe the odd feeling you get when you're as excited as a kid on Christmas morning and its 15° outside! As we opened the first box, with the label reading Libertine Libertine, we were over the moon to discover, on the very top, a popular item is back again this summer in the form of the Totem jacket. A fantastic lightweight piece that is just what the doctor ordered for those warm summer evenings or as a layering piece. Underneath another item that is essential for any wardrobe this summer, the tramp windbreaker jacket made from a cotton and nylon mix making it very slight and ideal for spring/summer. Another thing that you cannot go without this time of year was also in there, some really great summer wardrobe must have, camel coin shorts.

On to box number two, and this one was a little bigger. It was from the heavily Swedish influenced, Velour. A brand that has come on leaps and bounds since the collection begun in 2005 and has been welcomed by retailers world wide. You can imagine our joy when we opened it an came across a load of preppy Paul, James and Tony tees, yet again perfectly balancing comfort and looking good. Sticking to their traditional preppy style and converging it with modern and stylish fashion they have also come up withAdan chinos and Bobbyshirts as well as Marlon jackets, all beautiful light pieces ready for the season.

Lucky number three and it was from design veteran, Mark Mcnairy. This collection really has embraced the warmth with a tee that includes both leopard print AND neon lettering yet still manages to convey a fine blend of craftsmanship and a refined transatlantic elegance. Also pairs of daisy day Exo shorts with all over camo print and daisies embroidered all over them showing once again Mcnairy's style goes far beyond the distinctive footwear.

Last and by no means least, we received a whole new range of footwear from Veras boot and shoes. Being born in the hills of the Spanish countryside and all being products of local traditional factories within Spain, its obvious that these lightweight espadrilles are more then suitable for the coming months. Offering classic styles with a laid back approach. All boxes opened and we are pleased with our haul and with the offer of FREE SHIPPING WORLD WIDE we hope we have well and truly tickled your fancy. Untill next week! Have a good one! www.numbersixlondon.com
