You may have noticed we’re rather fond of Barbour here at Number Six, all with good reason.
Following the recent announcement regarding our ample pre-order options from the highly acclaimed Tokito line, we now bring you additional Barbour stock to enjoy. We’ve received a number of exceptional jackets and knits, expanding our current selection to include garments with distinct heritage appeal alongside some more contemporary pieces. Our recent stock provides live commentary on Barbour’s ability to diversify their attire; expanding on a banquet of iconic styles in a subtle, believable way that has seen the brand enjoy a revived interest in their product.
As always, Barbour includes premium materials throughout and demonstrates a keen eye for detail with a variety of interesting facings on show, such as the corduroy shoulder patch of the Shap Jacket or the popper neck tab of the quilted Bant Jacket.
Though the range certainly embraces a rather calm, autumnal palette awash with deep greens, beige and navy blue, the level of detail, depth added by their staple waxing and practical features no doubt make each piece wholly more dynamic & desirable.
In addition to our Barbour haul we’ve also introduced two brushed twill shirts from another Number Six favourite, Ralph Lauren. We’re confident these super soft shirts will take your fancy for the Spring / Autumn transition, another great option from RL.
Until next week, au revoir from all of us here at Number Six
