Morning, How are we all doing on this chilly Saturday morning? It’s sure getting colder with each passing day and it is very much time to delve into the Penfield AW13 collection. At least it gives us a reason to get the knitwear out! And that’s what today’s post is going to be about. Keeping warm with Penfield and the Penfield AW13 collection will allow you to do just that. Established in Hudson, Massachusetts in 1975 by Garvey Goss the brand has been synonymous in the American outerwear industry with its down insulated outerwear standing head and shoulder above the competition. Today we are going to talk about three individual pieces from the Penfield AW13 collection who’s only aim is to keep you warm! Lets start off with the Penfield Red/White Ingalls Knitted Crew, This staple yet versatile number is made from wool melange and features a left chest patch pocket. Its great worn by itself or layered if the mercury drops even further. Its also available in a Navy/White colourway. Next we have the Penfield Red Plato Beanie. This classic knitted beanie from Penfield comes with a stitched logo tag and a folded hem and finally we have the Penfield Olive/Green/Yellow Foxton Knitted Gloves, perfect for injecting a bit of colour into a dull, cold day.
