Heritage Research Ventile Parka, Vera, Penfield Summit, Filson Bags, Anderson Belts and Libertine Libertine

Morning all........

First off this week, Heritage Research drop their fantastic Sierra Nevada Ventile Parka. The piece draws inspiration from a military mountaineering parka, specifically a garment worn by Jack Kennedy in a photograph printed in A LIFE magazine in 1952. The image sees Kennedy sport a classic parka in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, hence Heritage Research adopting the name for their product. The navy parka features a weatherproof Ventile outer with adjustable hood, and crucially for the oncoming winter, removable shearling sheepskin lining. This spectacular garment is full of fine details and superb practical features - head over to the product page to enjoy full info and images.

More outerwear also arrived from Penfield, this week the Summit coat in three great colours; Red, British Green and Navy. Much akin to the Sierra Nevada, the Summit is also a rather robust item, filled with densely compact down & feathers capable of saving you from the elements through the wintertime. The garment is made from Penfield's 60/40 Teflon coated cotton, rendering the outer waterproof and includes a whole host of pockets and removable hood.

Also along a outdoors theme, we've the Vera Levante Hiking Boot, available in 3 colours. Vera, perhaps more closely linked with light, summer footwear, have produced a sturdy boot for the new season; it features a waxed suede upper atop a thick white sole, padded ankle and striking red laces all expertly hand made in Portugal.

Following on with another departure from clothing, we were happy to have our friends at Filson drop a fine range of bags earlier this week. Filson, for those unfamiliar with the brand, are perhaps best known for their hardwearing outdoors attire, yet are becoming increasingly recognised for their robust bag line that very much embodies the same traits that made their garment line as successful. We've several totes, a carry-on, briefcase and rucksacks, all of which are produced from premium cotton twill, furnished with great leather accents & carry handles. As their motto says....."might as well have the best!!"

Next, on the accessories front, we've a grand restock of Anderson belts to announce, with a rather impressive 17 styles available. From the colourful to the traditional, we've got it covered with this superb line of handwoven belts. They match traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design to create striking, textured belts to match a number of looks - a Number Six favourite.

Libertine Libertine

Lastly, we've additions from both Libertine Libertine in the form of the arrow print Hunter shirt in two colourways; a more extrovert option for Autumn/Winter, great as a standalone piece or broken up with a quality knit. Were all done now, but remember, the FREE GLOBAL DELIVERY extravaganza is still going strong here at WWW.NUMBERSIXLONDON.COM so take advantage, and get involved. Until next time Au revoir from all of us here at WWW.NUMBERSIXLONDON.COM
