Our mission is to serve you and rest assured our wonderful team are shipping new orders to our customers daily. We’re working hard to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, but this may take a little longer than usual (due to the postal system) - thank you for your continued patience and support.

We understand Royal Mail are operating, however they are working with reduced staffing in some depots which may cause slight delays in deliveries. Parcels may also not receive as many scans as they usually would, meaning they may appear not to have moved when they are actually progressing through the delivery network.

We’d be really grateful if during this time you contact us by email and not by telephone. We always respond quickly. We’d also be really grateful that if your order hasn’t arrived yet and you expected it would’ve done by now, that you bear with us during these unprecedented times. Please be patient and understand that delays are potentially likely to occur. We’re doing our best to keep you all at home to stay safe, save lives and protect The NHS.
