Number Six Spotlight: La Paz AW17

Each season, we pride ourselves on being able to bring you a handpicked selection of menswear from around the globe, one of our best-loved locations is Portugal. Number Six’s relationship with Portugal goes right back to when we started eight years ago, and we’ve held onto it ever since.

"rich history, vibrant culture"

Based in the heart of Porto along the northern coastline, La Paz have been developing a brand based on the Atlantic’s rich history, vibrant locals, and a culture that’s just plain cool. The team behind it all manage to reinvent classic menswear pieces with a fresh take on fabrics, cuts, and season after season. What’s more is they never forget their roots, still using traditional production techniques and working with local manufacturers is all part and parcel of the La Paz way. Supporting their local industries, talents, and passions to create some incredible clothing. Now that’s the stuff we can get on board with.

"supporting local industry"

For AW17, the guys have looked back at family photo albums to influence their seasonal colourways and overall lifestyle vibes. This collection is one of the strongest we’ve ever seen, we know it’s an exciting one when every staff member’s on board with our buyer Joe’s decisions. This AW season is all about focusing on the super nice fabrics, making everything feel the part as well as looking it.
