All orders within mainland UK to be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery at a standard charged of £4.95. Numbersixlondon aims to deliver all UK mainland orders within 3 working days. However this involves a third party and post times given are approximate not guaranteed.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery at £15 to mainland Europe and £25 to all other destinations. Delivery time for international orders is between 3 to 10 working days depending on destination (this is based on orders received before 3pm GMT, item(s) being available in stock and payment having been received)

Numbersixlondon are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website orders within 7 days of receipt or 14 days in the case of international orders. Numbersixlondon will only accept items returned in their original (as good as new) sale condition with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged at full postal rate as 'free shipping' only applies to original orders.

Any returned sale items will not be refunded and a credit will be issued.
