Spitalfields Candle - Vetyver & Lavender

The Spitalfields Candle Company use a soya wax from a sustainable source for their candles and only aromatherapy-grade essential oils. Wherever possible they use organic oils, or those made from UK-grown plant and herb extracts.
"The scent of Vetyver is sweet, earthy, woody, deep, and mysterious. The essential oil is extremely relaxing, comforting and restorative, we've blended it with just a hint of lavender to sweeten it slightly and help diffuse the vetyver oil.
Lavender use dates back to the time of the ancient Egyptians, who employed the herb in both cosmetics and embalming. The herb was popular in the 16th century in the preparation of a wide variety of dishes, and was a particular favourite of Queen Elizabeth I."
